Today's "step" is preparing to weigh in tomorrow.
I call it a "step" because it's hardly useful in my quest to lose weight. The entire day gets only two short paragraphs in which Dr. Beck counsels us not to skimp on food today in a bid to see a lower number tomorrow. This advice deserves a whole day?
I'm not feeling too enthusiastic about the program today, but I do have the Day 27 task to complete, so maybe it's just as well today's task is no task at all.
