At the start of Week 3 of the Beck Diet Solution, there are two steps -- starting the diet chosen on Day 2 and starting a food diary.
Since I never stopped the diet I was on when I started this program, that's done.
I completely agree that it's helpful to write down what I eat, to keep me honest and focused on my diet. That's why I've been keeping a food diary off and on for years, so that's done too.
Not such a challenging day on the program, but the rest of this week looks more useful for me so I'm keeping my motivation up!
As directed, I weighed myself (even though I already did yesterday) and today I was 193.5 -- a whole pound less than yesterday! OK, it was probably mostly water loss but that sure made my day!
